How soon can I expect my order?
Each item is handmade with lots of TLC and requires some time. However, we make every effort to ship your order within 5 days if all materials are in stock. If not, please allow up to 2 weeks, we will contact you ASAP if this occurs. You may email us if you have a rush order or need it by a specific date, such as a gift. Some rush orders may require an additional charge.
Please note that items being monogrammed may require additional time and cannot be returned. Please be sure you have entered your name or initials in the correct order that you want to see them monogrammed. Example: Jane Lee Doe (jDl) Last initial goes in the middle.
Flip-flop orders are also considered custom items and may require up to 5 business days for delivery. However, we make every effort to complete and ship each order as they are received. Without monogramming, flip-flop orders may be shipped within 2-3 business days. Please call or email us if you have concerns about a shipment arriving for a special event.
During Holidays and High Volume times of the year, orders may take additional time. Please email us if you have questions or concerns about the time frame of completing and shipping your order. We are happy to help!!!
How long will it take to get my order for the Holidays?
Just for the Holidays----We have created some of our hottest selling items ahead to save on shipping time. If you order the "JOANN Belted Purse", "Camille", Pink Emmy Purse, Emmy Wristlet, Black Wool Clutch, Emma Plaid Purses we will have them ready to ship within 1-2 days!
Each custom item takes time to make and ship. However, most items are shipping in 3 days to ensure all items are received by Christmas Eve.
We are offering a best rate shipping option which is USPS Priority, but you may email us and upgrade to "NEXT DAY" shipping with an additional $15.00 and it is guaranteed if you need a gift sooner. (This shipping time is in addition to the time to create the item purchased.)

Can I request a purse in a different color than shown?
Yes. Just email your special request and we will make every effort to honor it. You will receive an email to confirm your request. We have lots of other fabrics and colors available, but have chosen to limit our pictures to what is shown for now.
Can I pay with a certified check or money order?
Yes. You will have to call or email the order and send the certified check or money order to the address listed under "contact us".
Can I place my order by phone?
Yes, you may place your order by phone and please have your credit card information ready.

Return and Exchange Policy
We do not except returns on Monogrammed, Personalized or Custom items as they are unique for each customer. However, if we have made an error we will gladly correct it --but shipping is not refundable.
Please contact us BEFORE ordering if you have questions about the sizing of our flip-flops.
Monogramming Rules we follow: Enter First initial, Last initial, then middle initial ( Ex. jGm ) The LAST name initial will be larger and in the middle.
Please be sure to contact us immediately if you have a concern about an item that you have received to receive approval for the return. The item must be returned within 7 days in original packaging and shipping will not be refunded. No items will be accepted for return or exchange without prior approval.
All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. All sale items are final sale only!
If we have made an error or the item is in ill repair we reserve the right to exchange the item for a similar in stock item.
How do I Type in my initials for a Monogram?
You must enter your initials in the order that you want to see them. We cannot be responsible for names or initials entered incorrectly--Please check your initials carefully before ordering. If you have a question about it, please contact us before ordering. We want you to be satisfied with your purchases.
Example: Jane Lee Doe would be entered as jDl the First name, LAST name, Middle
Last name initial will be larger than the other two.
Do I have to have a Paypal Account to use my Credit Card on your Site?
You DO NOT have to have a Paypal account to use your credit card or debit card on our site. We have chosen to use Paypal's credit card processing simply because they are offering the best rate which will allow us to keep our costs down. This is a secure credit card processing site and none of your information is stored on our site.
